After hearing about Khushi’s adoption story, Dadi decides to wait till the next day to meet Garima. Garima tells Madhumati that she has to go to the medical shop to buy Shashi’s medicine and leaves the house to avoid meeting Dadi. The Raizada family goes to the Gupta house with the wedding shagun for Khushi. Dadi tells Arnav that as per custom he is not allowed to see the bride after the haldi rasam until the wedding. He disobeys her and meets Khushi after the completion of the shagun rasam.
