Krishna supports Pratigya’s decision to defend Aarushi. Pratigya bails Aarushi out of jail. Kesar tells Dadi that their family will face public humiliation if Pratigya testifies in court. Pratigya refuses to stay in Sajjan’s house during Aarushi’s trial. She warns Krishna that she will be questioned by the opposition lawyer about Sarju’s attempted rape on her in court. Sajjan tells Krishna to either divorce Pratigya or cut all ties to his family.
