Pankhuri persuades Govardhan to apologise to Aditya’s family. Dadaji tells Diwakar to use his fixed deposit money to clear their debt to Govardhan. Aditya feels guilty for hurting Pankhuri and apologises to her over phone. He tells her to open an account in an online social network and invites her to experience Mumbai night life with him but she hesitates because of the hostel rules. Avantika overhears his phone conversation and disapproves of their friendship. Sheela fuels her ire on Pankhuri.
