Viraat learns that there is a patient named J. Vadhera in the hospital and becomes suspicious. The doctor informs Viren that the antigen compatibility test of Jeevika and Maanvi’s blood is a perfect match. Viren gives the news to Maanvi and tells her that the donor wishes to remain anonymous. Daboo expresses his fear of injection but Viraat convinces him to take it. Viraat sees Jeevika in the special ward and learns that she is Maanvi’s donor. Jeevika asks him to keep it a secret from Maanvi.
