Akash tells Nandkishore that Arnav does not like to receive birthday wishes. Arnav asks Khushi not to plan his birthday party. Khushi secretly takes his measurements for a new suit. Arnav is disappointed when his family does not wish him on his birthday. Khushi delivers his lunch to the office. While he expects a seven course meal, she serves him a simple lunch. A client sends a birthday cake to Shantivan but Khushi rejects it stating that Arnav does not like to celebrate his birthday.
