The doctor becomes surprised with Ranvijay’s quick recovery after his reunion with Veera. She tells Ratan that the bond between Ranvijay and Veera is very strong. Ranvijay asks Ratan to carry Veera to their home, as he is too weak to carry her. Ratan feels embarrassed as the villagers see her carrying Veera. Chaiji tells Gurpreet that Ratan had to bring Veera back, out of her motherly love for Ranvijay. Ranvijay applies salve on Ratan’s injured feet.
