As anticipated, overseas keepers and spinners faced low demand, evident from the lack of interest in players like Josh Inglis, Kusal Mendis, Adil Rashid, and Mujeeb Ur Rahman who went unsold. In the accelerated auction, uncapped Australian left-arm pacer Spencer Johnson made headlines as Gujarat Titans acquired him for ₹10 crore. International players such as Rassie van der Dussen, Jimmy Neesham, Michael Bracewell, Matt Henry, and Kyle Jamieson remained without buyers.
